Lol. In the top picture it was long, it's just shrinkage. My roots curl up an my ends stay straight.

My hair is a lot thicker now, I'm thinking about chopping this shyt for the summer.

edit* see you understand my hair is the same fukking way its so annoying. If i keep it short and curly its all good but once it starts growing the roots stay curls then it grows straight

Oh yeah, lol. I don't even know how, these buns keep my hair healthy and pretty much protected.

Yes, that's why I love my hair short, it looks better. And it keeps me from being all hot from having hair everywhere.

Y'all into wraps? I try to keep my hair up off my neck when it's hot cause I already sweat enough as it is, they're also good for them days when I can't make it to the barbershop and my shape up aint at its sharpest, I've gotten pretty good wit the first 2, still tryin to master the third joint

Took some pics at work of my hair. 3 months in and the twists look good but these roots looking rough.
