I don't think you need the same apt. but u need to already own a motorcycle. and do an invite only session and invite a friend. is that the one u tried with the motorcycle? I'd link the YouTube video but I'm on my phone

I was wondering about that the other day.......I thought it was pretty boring for those buildings under construction to not progress.....especially since they can steadily finish them through updates.......that would be fun to see.
