shyts panned out kind of nicely, i don't believe that glitch shyt i think they just didn't have the heists made yet
they had a christmas pack and a valentines day pack before heists so clearly they have the shyt all planned out and the heists were always going to be later, they are most likely right on schedule off the record.
i'v haven't seen a glitcher do anything crazy. i'v seen dudes level 900 who obviously did glitch but i still kill those dudes all the time. The only advantage they could possibly have is having a better car and idgaf about that. If a dude is on a tank rampage i just go get the chopper and blow his shyt up.

I found a car duplication glitch before the 1.12 update so i was able to buy a big apartment and get some good cars before they patched it all. Looking back i never would have even been able to make that much money with the small amount of time i have to play video games so i don't blame anybody for glitching. There is only so long you can do a mission that takes like 15-20 minutes and then get like $2000 dollars + 150 RP that's terrible.

go to the grove street garage for franklin i dont know which 1s trevor or michaels in but when you go in the garage you can get the dlc cars.
