I got to get my levels up so i can cop a tank now. Is there an easy way to level up or no?

I did this the other night im scared to killl people in cars for the bad sport thing though
played on 360 the other day. you don't get shyt for races any longer.....

pretty much don't get shyt for anything unless you go up 5 levels i'm sure there's missions i haven't seen yet but the road to get to them...redundant
I only got like 700k. I seen a dude with like a 2billion$ bounty ran him over and got out the car and they wouldn't let me pull my gun. I was so pissed off

the first time i saw that 2 billion dollar bounty I was stealing a car to sell on the complete opposite end of the map as the person who had it on his head. I saw that dam near everyone else on the map was near him and figured there was no way I would get to him in time but still stopped what i was doing and started driving in his direction. EVERYOne on the map was chasing this dude lol..........it was hilarious lookign at that map. Tell me how this muthafukka makes it all the way across the map to where I was with a trail of people behind him. This nikka, turns on the street im on, CRASHES INTO A CAR RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, COMES TO A COMPLETE STOP, I stop, aim at him in a rush (because of the people who were chasing), miss him twice, he gets shot by one of the marksmen behind before i could shoot a third time, THEN........as if that wasn't bad enough for me, that muthafuka who killed him throws a c4 on my car, blows me up........and my car is so close to the car the guy who had the bounty on him was driving that it blows his up and hit me with his insurance premium..........
dog, i was so mad i just cut the game off and went to sleep
