Does everyone just treat Free Roam like its some type of Deathmatch?

Haven't been playing much, but it seems like everytime I head to LS Customs theres nothing but white dots, sometime I'll head there and run over a sucker or just head to another LSC, especially since I got blown the fukk up by some tank out of nowhere.

Im used to Jap/Western RPGs, so its gonna take some time for me to get the hang of this.

Yeah, it started out decent when it first came online. People were just going about their business, trying to make money. Now, people know and have access to many more tricks to go to battle in the game. Now, it's just a game of watch your radar at all times when you're traveling around. White dots that appear and disappear have to be watched too, because they might be trying to sneak up on you (especially if you have a bounty on you). These days Los Santos is a war zone, so have your piece at the ready, and find some coli brethren that you can roll with.
