Only thing I'm not a fan of so far on the ps4 version(very minor problem) is having R1 as the e-brake....that shyt is not smooth at all. Any way I can change it back to X?

control setting menu.

the only reason they switched it is because now when you hit the "X" it ducks the character down while driving (in case your getting shot at). but you can switch them back in the menu.

seriously. they put shytty ass under-glow neon kits in before hydraulics... I said this about the PS3 version too last year... how the fukk you in L.A. and not have lowriders?

Where do you buy/find it at?

It's a random event that occurs after doing a few of Franklins towing missions. It will be near the gas station that's near the pay n spray icon in the desert

I converted Frank's Buffalo to a Carbon Black Metallic color and it's the only one out the Character cars that looks good with neon underglow.

yeah, I had to cop franklin's custom buffalo for my online garage. I painted it black. changed the hood, made the rims red, and gave it red neon underneath with limo tints and xenon headlights

E-brake while shooting requires 4 hands FFS

Its easy to shoot while driving my problems is focusing the camera. LOL. I be trying to bust of that I'll drive by. Then I crash into wall.
