Certain room has it but simply accessing the room doesn't give it to you. I made in the room yesterday but until I did the "proper action", was just full of chests.

It took me 372 mystic cores to level up my Skyward Harp from level 80 to 90

I'm thinking about giving that weapon to Razor since he can do Superconduct (electro+ice = DEF down) by himself with it.
It took me 372 mystic cores to level up my Skyward Harp from level 80 to 90
A good tip is take any 4* weapons you don't care about and refine them if you get dupes. For example I have a max refinement Sacrificial Greatsword, if I remember correctly it will take my Prototype Animus from 80 to 88.

I originally only wanted Mona cuz of dat ass, but she's actually really strong. I don't think I even have her built correctly but she's still outputting heavy damage.
I've been using her over Diluc lately which is nuts.

You should use them together to proc vaporize. It does crazy damage.
My Mona isn't doing anywhere near the damage of my Diluc, though.

I refine my weapons when I have dupes. I have The Flute sword on Qiqi and that’s at refinement rank 3. Refining affects the talent stats of the weapon, not the weapon level, unless that’s what you meant.
Also, Skyward Harp is a 5*, I’m never getting dupes of that unless I drop a bag on the game

Re-reading my post I should've clarified.
I'm saying refining them seems to have just as much (if not a bigger) effect on the EXP they give than just leveling them up.
EDIT:
A level 1, refinement 2 The Bell gives 50,000 EXP. Or, roughly half of 80-81. At lower levels that's a fukk ton of weapon EXP.

Any characters with Jade Shield on will now hit enemies (within a certain radius) with a -20% def and elemental def affect.
I'm gonna have to level him up at this point.
On Diluc (at level 90) with The Unforged buff + a shield my attack is 3002. Now add in another -20% physical defense to all enemies around him. shyt is crazy man.
This is in addition to any other buffs they discussed.

Zhongli will be a monster when all these buffs land.
I kinda already have the team composition I like to play with, so I don’t think he’ll make it to my main team, but it’s good to have options
