Sucrose is like a baby Venti. In some ways she's better because her cyclone keeps enemies on the ground. His is stronger and will pull enemies from farther away but when they're up in the air it makes it damn near impossible to hit them unless you have a ranged attack.
Both are great for setting up combos though.
And yeah, there's a few 4* (Razor, Bennett, arguably Chongyun, etc.) that really should be 5*

I'd add Fischl to that list as well, even though I know you didn't max her. She's basically always in my party no matter what, she goes well with everyone seems like.
I'm currently maxing Bennett since I got 3 of his constellations, and Chongyun is next because I have all of his lol.

She been made me bench Venti. Only time Venti is on the roster is alongside Sucrose for the Wind speed boost.
Next time the Venti banner is up I may not even bother if she's this fire.

on another note, reddit leaks are saying Ayaka might be delayed and pushed back and a Venti re-run might happen around Feb-March (not confirmed though)
I’m going to drop bags on Venti if they do another re-run for him. I have him at Constellation 1 but I’d like to have him at least at C3 since he’s my favorite character/unit

The new sword you get from the new area is great for Bennett. Favonius sword is good for him as well. The point with Bennett is having is ultimate up as often as possible so you want a sword that has "energy recharge" as sub-stat, thus allowing you to spam his ult.
Also, why are you building him with DEF stat? (DEF stat in general is pretty useless. I think Noelle/Albedo are some of the few that scale nicely with DEF), but if you're going to use Bennett as support you need to build him with HP stat. The amount he's going to heal your team for, scales off of his Max HP stat (go to his talent page, and read the description for "Fantastic Voyage")

Finally used him for the first time (was just getting upgrade stuff for him before actually using him)and bah gawd, he can heal as well as Barbara without the long time to gain the ult
And that's with me messing up his build. I see why everyone was so high on him. Today my last day on my 4 day weeknd, so I am about to get him and Chongyun correct.
