Decent game so far. The mobile gacha scam shyt hasn’t shown up yet but that’s clearly where the game is headed.

I disagree. Unless you super lucky (1/333 chance) you won't get a 5* until you save for 6 months if you intend to stay f2p. yeah you can probs do all the content now with the f2p characters but we all know how these games go. I'd like to be surprised and they neuter their power creep but even using your chars to their full potential is basically impossible (dupe pulls give more abilities) unless you spend literally like 2k
You'd be better off playing a actual MMORPG if you think about putting any money into this.

Only thing I have a minor complaint about is the micromanaging.
There's like....3-4 different types of "currency" for different things....additional items to level up your character, your weapons....leveling the world up....getting your Adventure Rank up....then on top of all that, there is daily stuff to do.....weekly stuff to do.....monthly stuff to do....
I mean, it's a good problem because you'll never run out of things to do but I suggest you all go into the menu often. Because I had rewards from quests and/or achievements sitting there and didn't even realize it. Also rewards for my Adventure Rank, etc. Check your menu and go through each sub-menu often.

That and all the loading. Can't wait till my PS5 is here to alleviate that problem.

These free to play games you can drop $20 and be set. You don’t need EVERY item that comes out you know. Also, full price games get DLC all the time.

you better off literally playing the lottery breh, no lie. Unless you enjoy getting useless 3* weapons. This aint just F2P like league. 20$ gets you skins, a new champ, emotes etc. this is gacha. Completely different business model. you pay for a CHANCE to maybe get something. They make lootboxes look rational for reference.
0.3 chance to pull a 5*. thats a 1/333 chance. Come on son that's just silly and you know it. And you need dupes to unlock the full functionality of said character. Its no defense for this.
It costs at most like 12 dollars to buy a character in League. Worst case scenario in this is 400ish dollars. to max them out another 2k. You can make the argument that you just going to enjoy the game devoid of the gacha but these joans are clockwork and they 100% will release content that is basically impossible to do without more powerful characters. Thats the whole business model. You think they spent 100 mil on this not to make sure whales spend money to do better than f2p people?

I haven’t gotten far enough in this game...but enlighten me...can this game not be enjoyed for free or are you just complaining because you want every item for free as well?

In its current state no. The business model inherently is fukking trash though IDK why you're arguing for such predatory practices
You can beat the game with the story characters, but say you really like one of the gacha charas toolset. Well, good luck ever using it without otherworldly luck, money, or saving currency for 6 months. And IDK why you keep saying items. The characters are the items beloved. You looking at 400 usd to cop one if you using your own money. I'm just trying to let ya'll know so in 3 months when they release xmas theme characters that break the game you're not shocked 
Just think about it logically. Why would they make so hard to obtain these characters and make no content that they would be preferred in? It makes no sense right?
I see this is a lot of cats first experience with gacha and ya'll gonna be in shock if you stay in for the long haul with this one.

It only took me a couple swings of the sword to see that the physics engine was lacking. No grass got cut. No trees. Only certain bushes. Sword did not bounce back off rocks. In fact, there was no collision at all.
I started running then was falling asleep...
I made an account before the game came out but I was unable to link to it.
I chose the male twin but I like the female twin cause she hot oh well.
Will read up on account stuff then play again after work.

Here maybe this will hit home better. Imagine in DMC you had to pay real money, or wait a couple years to use every tool in Dantes kit. And then multiply that by however many playable characters. Thats this game. You can say you enjoy it atm and still aknowledge this has wildly anti consumer leanings.
