I slowed down a bit to not get frustrated with the level gates/resin headaches. I'm about to hit AR29, have 3 characters at 50. I've pulled so many Fischls that her constellations are damn near maxed but I don't even use her.
I dropped a $100 in the Genesis Crystals Top-Up, to run my crystals up to convert to Primogems so that I can run my wishes up. I finally pulled a Venti and a Xingqiu through the pity system since I had been burning all my Primogems on wishes.
I still have over 9,000 Genesis crystals that I'm sitting on for the Klee banner as well as I hope I can ration over the next couple months.
It seems like you should discover chests, Anemoculus & Geoculus, and material farming to at least half or a whole AR level above whats needed for the main story quests to keep a good flow of progression and minimize your down time between level gates.

I don't have enough unfortunately. I think Razor is like 34 starglitter, but I only have around 4 or 5. I want to max out his constellation since I went with him as my main DPS guy, but I keep getting Barbara, Fischl and Xiangling lol.

Yeah, him and Amber both are that much. Probably the rate for all 4*s to be bought that way. I reckon they'll eventually change them out for other characters soon.
I thought about buying the 49.99 Crystal pack, as I'd easily paid full price for this game and feel like I've already gotten that amount of money's worth. I'm not sure if I'll pull the trigger yet tho. Going to at least see how/if they change up some of the gaacha rates in general and see what's what. Even if I do tho, I'll definitely make sure not to spend passed a certain point in the game tho, that is, if I ever spend any more money.

It’s a shame they stopped the primo gems they were giving out for logging in initially. That shyt was nice.
I’d say buy the most expensive pack as it will give you a lot of bonus crystals and like you already had a full game’s worth experience. Even if you stop playing it anytime soon, chances are you can revisit the game when they add new regions, quests and characters so it’s an investment to cover your future playing time.
I copped the season pass and the blessing, and I’ll be copping another blessing a day or two before my current one expires. I also have some money set aside to cop Crystals when/if a banner with higher drop rates for Diluc ever pops up and I don’t have him by then.
The way I see it, I’ll likely still be playing this game when the PS5 drops even if it’s only to log in collect my blessing primo gems and do the dailies. Game is kind of filling that lane that Destiny used to fill for me. Like I log in daily, and do some shyt before switching to other games or watching tv or some shyt, and I stuck with Destiny since the alpha for the first game until this year (I’ll probably go back when the PS5 patch for Destiny 2 drops). It’s good to have games you know you can reliably kill minutes with.

It's funny you mention this because they just re-upped the log-in benefits. Today you get crafting gems, I think day 3 or 4 you get 100 Primogems and then day 7 you get 200 more.

What’s your AR rank breh? Also, what’s the average level of your team?
Im only AR 30, bout to be 31. I still have some quests left. And my team is hovering around 52-ish for their levels. I have enough materials to rank them up and ascend a few weapons but I’m kind of being cautious with what I ascend and level up since I’m still managing to reliably get through fights. Qiqi is carrying the squad

About to be AR 34. Average level is 55 or so. A few are close to 60, a couple are lower 50's. Couple I swap in if I'm just exploring are 40.
I haven't really been focused on leveling up or Ascending my characters because if I get new characters (for example, I just got Razor) it's gonna turn into a revolving door or leveling and swapping people out. Lately been focusing on leveling up Artifacts because you get a fukk ton of them from quests, chests, etc. so it's a nice way to beef up your squad without having to invest too much time or resources.
The AR thing is funny because I see people complaining about how grindy it gets post-30 but so far I've had zero problems getting AR. I just run around and fight random shyt/open chests. There's a fukk ton of AR EXP people are leaving on the table by not just exploring. I started earlier at like 20% into AR 33 and now I'm around 800 AR EXP form 34. Just fukking around for a couple hours.

These are the joints you get from the “Seize the day” stuff, right? These are nice, but I meant the 160 primo gems they were giving out everyday that would come in your mail. It’s likely it was for a limited time only but when I first downloaded the game I was getting a message titled “Our first journey together, thank you” every day for 11 days and it was 160 Primo Gems everyday. Had me rubbing my hands like birdman thinking sheeiiiit this F2P ain’t too bad, I’m gonna stack these and make a bunch of wishes

Yeah, I feel you. So far, I'm still doing many hours a day playing it and I haven't finished the initial mainline story yet, nor completely explored the full map in its entirety yet. I still have a few waypoints to unlock, lol. I do want more of the other characters, but I've made my peace with probably not being able to get absolutely every character. I do hope, that at least when they open up all regions and add all the characters that they're going to add, they do some how make it easier to obtain all of them, if not sooner. I suppose if they keep putting a few characters in the StarGlitter Exchange of the store you could at least buy each character over time that way. Just would take quite a while.

As far as the other stuff, that was from us promoting the game breh. Before it came out.
It had "stretch goals" as far as how much social media presence it could achieve. First one was something like 500,000 Retweets, so many likes on IG gets Primogems daily, etc.
You didn't have to partake in it, as long as the goals were met everyone ate. But they fulfilled everything they said they'd do, which is why it stopped.
One thing I think is cool and that more devs should do, is if they fix something they give out Primogems as a kind of "sorry". They did that 3-4 times in the last couple weeks.

You don't. The game is always saving since it's always online on their servers.
