Aight my squad I’m running with are level 60 and consist of C2 Razor, C1 Bennett, C3 Diona, C1 Xingqui, Geo Traveler,
Then I have a few level 50 I’ll throw in the team C1 Mona,C0 Hu Tao, C3 Xianling
Level 40 C0 Raiden Shogun I would like to level her up the most but I haven’t progressed enough in Inzuma to fight anyone who has her shyt to level up yet
Level 37 C4 Ninganng
Then a bunch of characters I don’t use at all level Lisa,Kaeya,Sucrose,QiQi,Aloy,Gorou,Rosaria,Chonhyu,Kujo Sara,Fischl,Barbara,Thoma,Yanfei,
My artifacts highest level are 4 my main characters weapons are level 60 and my world rank is 4 and currently on the mission to level up my adventure rank ascension 3. Currently level 45
Apologies for the long text just wanted to be as thorough as possible and you seem to be the most knowledgeable on this game
Bennett, Diona, and Xingqiu are all great characters. You won't keep those three on the field, they're support. You use their abilities then switch to another character
All three of the above characters, use Noblesse Oblige artifact set. Focus on Energy Recharge as much as you can.
For weapons, do Sacrificial Bow for Diona, and Sacrificial Sword for Xingqiu. Put the highest attack sword you have on Bennett, during his burst he gives his base attack (affected by the weapon he's using) to anyone in that red circle.
Level up Xiangling. Use The Catch as a weapon (free polearm you get from fishing) and Emblem Of Severed Fate artifacts. Whenever her burst is up, use it then swap to another character. She's support/damage.
Level up Hu Tao
right now. She's seriously one of the best damage dealers in the game. Use Crimson Witch set on her, with an HP sands and a pyro damage cup. She converts HP to attack so you want as much HP on her as possible. I don't know what weapons you have, or if you spend money. If you don't have any 5* pole arms, you can use Dragon's Bane. It's a 4*.
Hu Tao + Xingqiu is like Jordan and Pippen. Use them together ASAP.
Eventually you'll also want to level up Kujou Sara since you're interested in Raiden Shogun. Kujou Sara is her best support, similar to Hu Tao/Xingqiu. Use Emblem Of Severed Fate set on Kujou Sara, and the highest damage bow you have. She's like Bennett, she gives an attack buff based on her base attack.
When you do level up Raiden Shogun, use Emblem Of Severed Fate artifacts and The Catch. Her and Xinagling probably won't be on the same team, so they can share that weapon. Or you can also use Prototype Starglitter (crafted 4*) or Favonius Lance (4* from wishes) on Xiangling if you have to. Hell, you can even use Dragon's Bane.
Raiden Shogun converts Energy Recharge into electro damage, so get as much Energy Recharge as possible on her. Also she's the best "battery" in the game. A battery generates energy particles for the rest of your team, so you can use your elemental bursts more often.
I'd definitely focus on doing quests and getting your World Level up so you have more options available to you. Also get your artifacts as close to 20 as possible. You're leaving a lot of stats and benefits "on the table" by not having them max level.
All that aside, have fun man. I just told you the "best" things to do but use whatever is fun to you. This game isn't difficult enough, where you need to play it a very specific way.
