Does ittos C4 apply to him or other characters only
Think it's only a buff for other characters but they usually specify. Like with Rosaria's crit boost.

I finally started playing with Itto cuz I got him lvl 70 and was like... Y'all tripping with him being a real dps... His attacks trash as shyt.
Looked at my shyt and realized I hadnt leveled up ANY of his talents or his artifacts
Just getting his artifacts to all at least +12, all his talents to 4, and his WhiteBlind to 80, he pummeling the shyt out of enemies just of the def scaling
Can't even imagine once I get him proper

As I've been playing this from.launch outside of artifact farming and daily quests theres weeks at a time where I have nothing to do in the game.
Weekly bosses take less than 40mins to complete all of them!
Considering taking a break and focusing on traditional games for a bit

I play this daily but it's perfect for me because I don't have much time to game.
If I was back in my more hard core gaming days I'd probably need 2-3 other games besides this.

Let say I must have rolled 4 fukking times on this Itto banner and I still haven’t been able to get him I got Gorou Xianfei twice Barbara and a sacrificial bow or some shyt I spent like 6400 is gems and got 7k gems left I’m just going to give up

Easiest way would be to just list your characters breh. Also tell me who you like using and I'll take that into account.
As far as Itto, his banner ends today (by the time you see this, it might already be over) but the next banner is Shenhe and Xiao.
Personally, I'm going after Xiao. He's a great damage dealer.

So I have about 4k gems and am guaranteed my next 5 star because I got ho'd trying to get Itto (C1 Mona).
Should I cop the ice stripper chick or wait for Ganyu? Also, I want Kazuha bady.
Could I get 1 of the 2 ice girls and Kazuha or should I wait for him when he comes out because I'm guaranteed a 5 star?

Kazuha is a no brainer for me he fits on any team.
Do you already have Xiao?
If you need straight DPS get Xiao and/or Ganyu.
If you need support get Shenhe and/or Kazuha.
Kazuha would probably be the most "useful" character out of everyone mentioned. Like @Family Lives Matter said he fits into any team comp.
