Did you miss Xiao, Hu Tao and the entire Lantern Festival?

What's the last thing they added to the game, before you left?

How long is this current event? I've not played in nearly two weeks. I'm a bit burned out, but did want to partake in this event.

You still got 8 days man. It's not even fully open yet, Act IV opens later tonight.

Both are beastly as fukk.

Aside from that, you haven't missed much. A new event (Windblume Festival) is going on now....basically the Mondstadt version of the Lantern Festival. Oh, and Venti's banner is back.

Also if you missed him the first time, Childe's banner will be back in a week or so.

Venti that piff?
I dug him a lot when playing with him but I like and am more used to Sucrose's group controlling abilities.
Venti was dope but his ultimate would send cats across the map.

With the way Zhongli is heralded, I guess I need to save for him. But like Sucrose, I like Albedo's support and shield making abilities.

Honestly I'm with you, I still prefer Sucrose so far.


Wondering if I should've even bothered with this banner.



I'll see how I feel once I get all his artifacts leveled and his weapons up.

But yeah I feel you. On PS4 I haven't messed with it as much cuz I'm basically end game there. It's gotten a second life for me on PC though since I'm doing it all over.

Naw but I think I'm going to upgrade sucrose at this point but I'll wait until the end of the banner as I haven't got a bow user.

I got Venti up to 80 so far and my main tactic is Venti ultimate + run in with Hu Tao, use her elemental skill then ultimate skill.

It will usually kill all small enemies and severely fukk up any large enemies.
However, sometimes Venti's ultimate will keep enemies up in the air so Hu Tao can't touch them at all.

So that's another negative to take into account. If you mainly play with a catalyst or bow user it's not an issue, though.

I played "Final Fantasy XI" (the first online one) for like 15 years but I'd take breaks every few months. The major difference with this game is all the limited stuff but you can pop in occasionally and check if anything interests you. I can pretty much guarantee Zhongli is returning in 1.5, so if you didn't get him you can come back for that, and 1.6 should add the new region Inazuma.

I know once I stop playing I'm out.
I do this all the time go all in on these styles of games burn out and move onto something else.

There's a ton of 4* weapons that are great for her. Obviously Homa is the best but as with most stuff in this game....the current content doesn't necessitate having the best anything.

Deathmatch, Lithic, and Dragonsbane are all very good.

Going HP% instead ATK% makes all the difference with Hu Tao and i'm not even AR45 yet with sub par gear.

And the gap is even bigger when you level her elemental skill.

Word on the e-streets is they're adding a HP% artifact set in 1.5, too. Obviously it's for the Zhongli re-run but Hu Tao will benefit from it too.

Hopefully the next character is someone who could benefit from all these terrible DEF% 5 star artifacts we're all holding.

Albedo's elemental skill scales with DEF and Noelle's ultimate gains an attack buff based on DEF. That's about it.
