Lucked out and got a Skyward Spine from a single pull on the standard banner. My Xiao just got even stronger 
and I have a bunch of pulls I can use to try and get Staff of Homa or Wolve's Gravestone 
why wouldn't you pair Diluc with another pyro unit for the 25% extra damage from elemental resonance? Bennett is perfect with Diluc
also electro elemental reactions deal the least damage, and electro+pyro (overloaded) blows characters away and you need to chase/reposition with melee characters like Diluc to hit them again, wasting DPS time

Word on the streets is the Hu Tao banner starts March 3rd.
Ley Line Overflow event (2x loot from Ley Lines up to 3x a day) starts February 26th as well.
And obviously the new weapon banner starts tomorrow.

I don't see how.
You have a 75% chance to get one of the two weapons (so 37.5% each). 25% chance to get a random 5*.
Not to mention a chance to get two of the new 4* weapons every 10 pulls.
I've been fukked over more on the character rate up banner, than the weapon one. Lost the 50/50 on both Venti (got Qiqi) and Xiao (got another Keqing).
Speaking of her, the Keqing banner is the worst banner the game has ever had. They gave her a dedicated rate up banner when you can get here right now on the Wanderlust permanent banner, and the Weapon banner.

I cleared it all out except the name card for 1000 talisman or whatever they're called.
The only two challenges I didn't do was "clear difficulty 6 & 7 with no monsters escaping". I probably could if I tried a few more times but

I stopped after I got all the upgrade materials. Don't give a damn bout the rest.

nah that 75% shyt on the weapon banner is definitely a scam 
you should def be getting one of the featured weapons and not on some 75% shyt and be reliant on RNG. It should also be like if on the first 5* pull you get featured weapon A then on the second 5* pull you should get featured weapon B. Especially when you take into consideration the refinement system.
as it stands, you're reliant on multiple layer of RNG with the weapon banner, you might drop bills on it and not even get one of the featured weapons or you might ended up getting featured weapon A multiple times when what you wanted was featured weapon B

I have enough pulls saved up (roughly 40) to hit soft pity on the weapon banner tomorrow. Now, it's possible I'll get fukked and get something besides Wolf's Gravestone or Staff Of Homa. But I've already had that happen twice on the character rate up banner.
If you cats are arguing the RNG nature of the rate up banners is bullshyt, cool....but it's the same across the board. The sole exception is Wanderlust because it has no rate up.

Actually @Uchiha God I see what you're saying. It's 75% but you could get one of the two weapons 100 times before you get the other.
The thing is, I want either weapon this time. Also both new 4* weapons. So unless I get an off banner 5* then I'm happy.

the weapon banner is a mess. they need to fix that shyt up. you can also get non featured 5* weapons due to it only being a 75% chance at the featured weapons. At least with the character banner if you lose the 50/50 on first pull, you know the second pull is guaranteed banner character. It ain't like that with the weapon banner. it can be such a money pit.but yeah, the next weapon banner is too enticing. I don't think I'll be able to resist
