Level up Xiao ASAP, he's one of the best damage dealers in the game.
Diona is good for healing/shields.
You really should level up Xingqiu, his rain swords carry over to the next party member which brings me to my next point....
Level up Chongyun as a back up damage dealer. Xingqiu + his rain sword, switch to Chongyun will keep most enemies frozen for an easy kill.
Uh....that's about it man. You need a fire character, I guess level up Xiangling. That will round out your elements but replace her when you get a better fire character.
Sucrose is good for swirl combos but you already got Xiao.

Oh I'm bugging level up Fischl and/or Beidou. They're both great characters and gives you an electro element as well.

Fisch, Xiao, Diona, Xingqiu would be a dope team I'd say. Focus on getting those talent points up and good artifacts and you should be good.
These nikkahs love giving me beidou and noelle. Got 4 constellations for Beidou but haven't used her 1 time
And I finally got Diluc.... If I would have known that I wouldn't have wasted my pick on Xinyan and all my shyt to boost her to 60 all at once

Ganyu was an instant level up, max talents, max artifacts etc. But my Aldebo is 66 with shyt gear, Zhongli is 55 with shyt gear, Xiao is 51 with shyt gear, Xingqiu is level 20 with no gear, Diona is c6 @ level 61 with shyt gear and finally Bennett is 70 with dope gear that hasn't been fully leveled.
By the time I get these fukks right, there will be 10 new characters who will be crying for my attention. And I'm going to give them that attention too..

But then you'll never get a maxed out team. I'd just focus on leveling the 4 characters you'll be mainly using first. Get a strong team to tear shyt up with, then you can get all the other characters later. The banners will roll around again so you don't have to rush it.

Yep. Right now I’m focusing on Diluc, Zhongli, Keqing and Fischl. After that I got Mona and Xiao to worry about.
I already have a maxed Jean, Childe, Klee, Ganyu, Chongyun and Xinyan. I have what I need to do my dailies and abyss. I want all my characters maxed though, especially these new ones. I like options
I got damn near 40 pulls saved up, I'm going all in on Tuesday for the new weapon banner.
And in March they're doing a similar event to this lantern one, but for Mondstadt. Rumor has it the Venti banner is gonna return, but nothing is confirmed yet.
