What's funny is Paul proved the series could survive without Vin. "2 Fast, 2 Furious" still did very well without Vin. But after "Tokyo Drift" it was clear. The series needed Paul and Vin to continue on.

I don't even know why nikkas was complaining, it was some of the most unintentional comedic moment in a movie in a long time

And again, it follows the logic and rules set up in the universe. It'd be one thing if the entire franchise had the seriousness and structure of the french connection or bullit, then you could complain about that, but this is a franchise built on the ridiculous..like dragging a vault through the streets of brazil

Actually..thank you Diesel for being in Chronicles of Riddikk which flopped, and then the pacifier which flopped and Find Me Guilty (which I love) but also flopped. Dude needed to go back to the well to get his name some much needed cache and he made the absolute right move. In fact, the only reason he agreed to do more Fast and Furious movies is because the studio was willing to let him do more Riddikk

You right breh which is why I went back and rephrased it this way: It didn't do for him what he wanted it to do and it wasn't where he wanted to be creatively or commercially. I'm sure he could've continued down the Disney road but it didn't work for him
