Civil war seems to be going on.

Hope Newey leaves too, fukk the Verstappens.
Well...

Berger is extremely well connected, former F1 driver, team owner, daughter dating Ricciardo.

Also rumors of Horner trying to buy Red Bull F1 himself with financial backers. :lupe:

Right? Max would be dumb to leave this car RB built. Lol
Nah...they way his father has played this Max is going to leave, unless Max says otherwise. I honestly don't expect Newey to go as he is friends with Horner.

Either way a faction is going to step aside.

But does Newey want to be in the same space of controversy? I don't think he's that dude. Maybe he doesn't leave Red Bull, but maybe he goes back to focusing on sailboat racing or whatever had his attention before F1 decided to give him these ground effect regulations.

This smells like Helmut and Jos being behind this thing since Dietrich died. There's zero chance that Max isn't in on it as well, but it's probably because his dad has been bullying him since childhood.

I think Newey leaves because he doesn't seem to want to fukk with the political shyt that's going on there if Helmut becomes the focal point of power. Ferrari would be my bet because eventually everyone goes there......I don't want to skip over the point that Horner leaving will be a shytshow for them. He's built two powerhouses in two completely different eras. Haas or Sauber or Alpine would take him tomorrow regardless of any controversy......McLaren and Aston Martin might do the same.

I honestly may be wrong, but I don't see Max backing down if he decides one way or another. If he supports Marko he supports Marko, that has nothing to do with Red bull dominance.

I may be wrong though

Looks like another year off for me.
I used to inconvenience myself for formula 1ā€¦ Drinking coffee at 11pm to catch qualifying in Japan, setting my alarm at 5am to catch Monaco pre race, subscribing to onboard data sites, now after the fukkery with Maxs first title, itā€™s become nice to catch a few racesā€¦very very sad. Perhaps things will change with Lewisā€™s Ferrari switch.
