Still don't know what exactly happened but Mercedes has to stop starting on hards. Can't heat up tires to save their lives.

Yeah. Gasly into George's left rear, George then went left into Zhou's right rear, he probably flipped before he knew what was happening. I THOUGHT I heard some radio traffic to Zhou as I went back to his onboard but now I can't find it.
