I really don't see what's so significant about the Sunday Times piece? We already knew Qatar bribed their way into the win. FIFA's actually playing along with this because this suits Blatter's agenda. Bin Hammam was the biggest threat to his throne. Not a coincidence he's been so open about how awarding Qatar the WC was a mistake. People seem to be confused about FIFA politics and think Blatter supports the bid when he doesn't at all.
