There's no doubt Jose wasnt getting enough from the team. even he proved that by finishing 2nd last season. The point was, Ole coming in and the position he met the club and taking them on this run is a borderline miracle. They're good players in the squad of course but let's not act like anyone in the top 8 in the league would go near our set of defenders. ( Unless you're Arsenal of course).
