Whoever is deepest out of Kane or Rashford needs to drop back into midfield to create a 4, this 3, keeps getting over run when they don't have the ball. Even more so when you don't have players who play in central midfield, like Lingard and Alli.

Need to bring on RLC for either Alli or Lingard, don't care which one is left on. Need someone who wants the ball and can see a pass.
If Winks can stay fit and Grealish get his move to the PL, they can easily walk into this team. Have to see Maddison play in a midfield 3, as I've only seen him play behind the striker. But if his form continues he'll walk in as well
