That's got nothing to do with it. Benteke's been super trash this season. To compare, Fellaini scored more goals than Benteke this season in half the appearances and he's an average midfielder at best. If they needed another striker they'd be better off calling up Origi or Depoitre. Just don't waste a spot on CB or a 4th keeper to avoid taking a baller like Nainggolan.

At this rate, with all this talk of Arsenal recruitment structure and the coach having a fukk all say in transfers and the candidates turning it down. Pardew, Moyes and Big Scam surely got to be in the running for the job.
It's rumored that Martinez did not like Radja's attiude off the field. Felt like he had too much of an edgy attitude and something about him smoking cigs off the field as well.
There is no reason Fellaini should get the nod over Radja, or Benteke for that matter. Currently, Lukaku is pretty much the same player Benteke was a few seasons ago with Aston Villa. Benteke hasn't been the same since he moved to Liverpool.
