Drogba was on the same level he's always been at for Chelsea(i.e. average most of the time, but amazing in the big moments)

Beckham produced a great season in his last year at madrid but he was clearly massively on the decline.

As much as I do not like Beckham, I give respect where it is due. His prime was when he was and Man U..He played good with Madrid (He Zidane is the best player he has ever seen in his life, whenever on the field with him he just stood in awe, which I agree with) Even past his prime he gained my respect when he was on loan with AC Milan and player VERY well, well enough for them to want him back, and even now he is still a notch above MLS players. Drogba, as long as not injured has been consistent throughout his stint at Chelsea. I watched him play live last month and he is amazing, just as good as 5 years ago.

Where as Drogba is still a great player and can be considered one of the best strikers in the world. Beckham wasn't a top 50 mdfielder.
