Can't fault them though. They're semi-world famous rock stars. They're not writing songs about the Sheffield nightlife and getting kicked out of bars.
Though I think if I had to go the music route I'd do the Monkeys way. Of course people recognize them in the uk (I'm guessing) but in the US I bet people would struggle to recognize Alex, let alone Helders or the other two. That'd be nice, being famous but not having to deal with any of the bullshyt the uber-famous have to deal with. A real having your cake and actually eating it situation.
