The "Quenelle" is NOT a nazi symbol.
It began with comedian Dieudonné which invented it for it to be a symbol to give the establishment the finger. BUT Dieudonné has for some time now being really heavy into zionism (sometimes Jews) bashing and honestly the border is really blurred between his anti-zionism views and its supposed antisemitism. He is known to be a shock comedian and has sometimes said really hard stuff. Myself I don't even know know anymore if dude is clear.

Another problem is that gesture is being taken by the far-right and displayed as an antisemitic symbol with it being shown in Jewish sites (synagogues, hebraic schools, streets with jewish name, even german extermination camps etc.). So depending on the person, it's either anti-zionist or antisemitic. Even if some will disguise their antisemitism with anti-zionism.
