Imagine if you spent a year smashing dimes in Brazil and then you get deported back to the States surrounded by pigs/whales. You’ll be doing everything to get back in Brazil, even if it’s on a temporary visa.

Your rivals are having the time of their lives surrounded by big bundas and pretty faces, making “wish you were here” Instagram posts. It may not be as easy to sustain but it’s better being there.

Brazil is the premier league, USA is the championship (in terms of dimes)

Naw see you got the analogy all wrong. Using your example it would be like you worked to get to Brazil (Premier League) thinking you were gonna live it up but once you get there you scraping the bottom of the barrel, the top hoes disrespecting you, and you working 3 jobs just to be there. But the place you left you were getting anything you wanted. Your rivals are in the league you promoted up from.

How is it better to go up and get shat on weekly instead of getting some wins one step below? I could see from the owner perspective because you getting more money coming in but for a fan, how does it feel better to lose consistently albeit at a higher level?

Yeah, that’s actually a better way of looking at it. :ehh:

Because you may one day crack the top 4 (the champions league being the elite club filled with dimes). Realistically, you need money to get into that club, but once you do, you start attracting the best.

Leicester almost did it this season but they fell at the final hurdle. Being in Europa is still good (smashing 7-8s) compared to being in the lower league and just smashing fat bytches.

Also, you may be scrapping along with three jobs but you know once in a while, you’ll get to meet some dimes (top clubs) and somehow, if your game is tight enough, you end up smashing (getting the win).

The longer you stay there and sustain and build up a portfolio (buying good players), you can move up the social ladder.

Some of them are, some of them not. Norwich and West Brom are a great example, too good for the Championship, too shyt for the Prem.

A manager named Neil Warnock is another example. He can get your club to Premier League, but he's odds on to send them back down and lose his job in the process. :mjlol:
