Yeah. In this cancel culture era, you have to bush people. Robbie doesn't have an choice, especially when the apology made it even worse. Claude could of chilled till the start of next season on a timeout and then been brought back in, but the moaning on social media, isn't helping him. Even if he did mean it in the end of season DVD bants, the fact he said it when it was Son going off, it doesn't help him ,unfortunately. Just look at the shyt AJ got for saying the invest in Black Business comment.

This leads back to the financial mis-management of the mid 00's. When they went chasing the dragon to try and compete still, like they had done for the previous decade.. If you look even deeper, this stems from Real and Barca getting their own TV deals and basically phucking over the rest of La Liga, who were getting finding money down the back of the sofa in comparison to those 2.
Prior to those TV deals, you had Valencia Depor and Atletico all winning the league and Sociedad competing for 2nd on a couple of occasions all in the previous 5-6 seasons along with the big 2. Since then only Atletico have been a contender and managed to break the stranglehold even if it was for a season.

Isn't that the season Monaco/Depor played in the group stages and the Tax Dodgers won 8-3?
When it's your window you have to grasp it with both hands. It may never come along again. There aren't any tomorrow's, especially when you're a small team/club. And the windows are short at the best of times, just ask Spurs fans. 3-4 years and if you don't win something, it off to Bolivia you go. At least the marching powder can help ease the pain
