I grapple with this question my self.

Jones, Valencia and Young really need to go. Smalling is always due for a mistake but he can put in a good shift. Bailly is easily our best defender.

This season he's been a bit rash in his challenges but also Jose has dogged dude constantly in the media. That can't help his morale. His first season with us dude was immense. Had he not been injured and if he kept that same form he'd be in contention for top 5 in EPL.

yeah Mourinho is more concerned with covering his own ass than building up his players.

Bailly needs an experience partner next to him, to teach him/guide him, which in all honesty he never has had in his career. He chases the ball too much and leaves his side of the defence wide open. The Brighton game highlighted this the best, when he kept on encroaching on Lindelof side of the pitch.

He needs a Kompany/VVD type alongside him.
