its comical in one sense, and its sad in the other. Sad because other fans are trying to legitimize the story. when, if we were to run the books on their clubs they would be up in arm about what the media is trying to do with them.Yeah Bayerns owners sponsor their own team and signed them to a record kit deal - no one bats an eyelid. Liverpool have new balace, newcastle have sports direct, Leicester have King Power but it's OK. When it comes to City sponsoring themselves every cent is counted.
The funny part is they claim that City have media influence and get stories that aren't favourable to them thrown out. This isn't true at all. Media hates us, begrudgingly gives us credit no matter what we do. If you remember last year around this time, when we were on that 18 game winning run, stories came up about human rights abuses and they blamed City's owners.
It's just a big joke and makes it look like they've given up trying to beat us on the pitch.
to think this all started with some bs super league rumor. which people still think will replace their respective domestic leagues. this will blow over by the new year. then revisted in some other fashion in the future then repeat
