This was my biggest gripe with him, SO MANY OPTIONS and somehow found a way to fukk it up every single time.

your finisher (Defoe)
your everythings (Dempsey, Sigurdsson)
wingers on each side (Bale, Lennon)
two midfielders to push the team forward (Parker, Dembele)
