Madrid just doing their usual, when it comes to the glamour transfer game. They never get the player right away. They spend a year or so marking their territority, and pretty much letting everyone know, that the so-called glamour is gonna be there's and there's only.

They feed bs stories to their mouth piecie(Marca), and if they sense that the club doesn't want to sell or gonna be a problem. They go on full assault, feeding bs stories after bs stories, doing everything possible to fukk up the relationship between, player and club.

They really are the masters, they will do anything to get what they want. But right now is not the time, this is just the feeling out phase for them. Just seeing what is what, and how they need to play it.

I can see Spurs becoming to Madrid, what Arsenal was to Barca in the early 2000's. If Spurs play it well, they build a pretty damn team, off the back of Madrid foolishness.

I dont rate both managers, Wenger used to be good but simply isn't anymore, dont remember the last time he changed a game through tactics, man still cant get his team to defend as a cohesive unit over a season, defense hasn't been solid since the 07/08 season , whilst AVB is a clown when he tries to be too clever with his tactics, playing a high line with snails like William "I'm past it" Gallas in defence and management, the man has has terrible man management skills knows how to lower team morale for sure, we saw that when he was at Chelsea, though to be fair there were far more players with strong personalities there. However he clearly learnt from his fukk up at Chelsea and is different now, Wenger is ahead of AVB due to his overall experience in the game. The two teams were on the same level squad wise last season, it was only a point that separated them, Spurs have now heavily strengthened their squad with good players in each area and removed the deadwood, it's all pointing towards Spurs getting that 4th place position.

I see AVB fukking up more, especially with the new players he's brought in. I hate saying this, cause I can't stand when I hear others say it. But he doesn't know what it takes to really be successful in England, he's too fukking arrogant towards the game in the PL.
