Still spanish lol, Barca has won In the last 10 and atl.Madrid has been in 2 finals....

Come on leiscester was miracle, Chelsea are part of the big club club Soo they are expected to win .so again it's really the same ol same ol outside of the odd anomaly. And when the non top 2 or 3 that are in Europe they end up embarrassed by the sevillas, salzsburgs villareal atl. Madrid of the world... Westham leiscester and the like always end up looking rough outside the prem.

I mean once upon a time it was only man u or man u and Chelsea till city came in ..the parity thing is a myth.

overall rankings numbers show england at #1 for overall performance across eufa comps

the reason why english losses stand out is because it is the highest profile league.

german and french league performance outside of 1 or two teams is a disaster and that is also true of italy recently.

If we slap Bayern we're winning CL :hubie:

You ain't played anyone who can punch back yet. If Slow paced Sevilla were carving you up like they did in the first half what will a proper team with pace and killers in front of goal will do to that back line?

Winning the league and cl is the true declaration of being back. But until then playing Bayern in Munich is the perfect test to see where Barca really are at. Besides playing Real and Atletico they aren't going to face any other serious teams in La Liga as they have too much firepower.

We'll see

But La Liga looking more competitive than EPL this year
Serie A will probably continue to be the most competitive as juve need a long rebuild .

Speaking of serie a. Watching the highlight of Napoli and pool the stadium was packed. You are right @thatrapsfan about the stadiums in Italy being filled up now

La Liga a two horse race. Maybe the competition for top 4 might be more competitive.

Serie A looking like it’ll be the most competitive. You got 3-4 clubs that look like they’ll challenge for the title all through the end, and even then, the gap from the top 3-4 isn’t that much bigger than 5-7/8.

Also, Tuchel always have great first seasons.

In BVB, his first season he finished second with the highest points ever for a number 2. At some point they were even above Pep's Bayern. In PSG, he started his first season with like 15 wins in a row and went unbeaten for 20 games.

With Tuchel, it's if he can stay consistent and keep his teams motivated because after a couple of good seasons, his teams are way worse. He left BVB barely scratching the CL and left PSG last year in 3rd place unable to win against direct competition.

I don't know how he did with Mainz but I wouldnt be surprised if it's similar. @SCORCH , you'll have great results until 2022. Passed that, that team will be done :lolbron:
