if england is a farmers league then every league is a farmers league (ex-madrid's score)

in the prem things are more even, all the best players don't go to the same team and so a team's performance can change drastically over time.

even city are not able to commandeer the very best epl players like bayern, psg do in the real farmer's leagues.

Come on leiscester was miracle, Chelsea are part of the big club club Soo they are expected to win .so again it's really the same ol same ol outside of the odd anomaly.
