I was glad he left because Chelsea treated him like shyt when he should have been leading the line.

Just a shame he went to that shower of shyt.

I legit have to be the only person who never even thought he had that much potential to begin with.

I think every post I ever made about Balo had "hype makes no sense to me" in there somewhere (usually also an aside about Welbeck being a better player, which he is btw). I just didn't/don't get it brehs. What the fukk did/does this breh does that makes him look like the best forward in the world everyone thought he was some prayers and vitamins away from becoming. It's not even like he's an athletic freak.

I think it was just a giant mancrush.

Mans were just blinded.

And heres @Grams always complaining about #midnight having no benefits.

If Balo was lightskin he would have been in the bushes as the soft, soft soft, SUPER soft, INEXPLICABLY SAWFT, non-talented tabloid job he is. Balo is the millenials very own Anna Kornikova. But because he looks like Digimon Hansolo brehs and cacs alike worldwide just believed he had that ungodly tribal blackletecism and an unyielding fire in his heart.

The truth is being hidden by the darkness.

nah i dont agree with that. The hype that he'd gotten as a young player was well deserved.
No it wasn't. Balo is damn near Ryan Leaf status. A bunch of measurables that looked good, tons more immeasurables that looked even better, that hasn't materialized on on the field for more than 2-3 minutes more than 4-5 times in his entire career.

Brehs that got hype as young players have entire seasons of showing promise. Bojan the 07-08 campaign where he looked like the second coming of Messi as a 17 year old. He just never

There's nothing like that for Balo. There's no frame of time where he ever looked special for anything longer than thirty seconds.

I swear, the Balo hype job just doesn't make any sense to me at all.

i see what you mean. But if you were building a CF, you'd want him to have Balotelli's attributes. as cliche as this sounds, i just dont think the mental part there.

It was embarrassing. We had one of the best young talents around but the mugs in charge were hell-bent on appeasing Torres.

The worst thing is that fraud knew Sturridge was better than him. Just after he joined Chelsea he said:

"Daniel Sturridge is also an incredible player — maybe the one that has surprised me the most since I came here."

That's another reason for my Ancelotti slander. All the players would say Sturridge was killing it in training but Ancelotti would keep playing Kalou over him :mjlol:
