Why is "little Rafa" translated as Rafinha and not Rafinho ?

Rafael/Raphael also does carry the Rafa/Rapha nickname, so rafinha would make more sense instead of rafinho

I think @penfield's scenario about Giggs underhandedly pushing Moyes out definitely is convincing
But what bothers me the most is that Giggs will take the shine of a victory against a a weak ass team (which is 17th) that Moyes would have probably beaten. I mean, didn't he trash Newcastle which were 9th and a "direct" contender for the Europa League spot
