typical Everton cycle. I made a post about this around February detailing exactly what was gonna happen.

Everton start brightly (or don't start brightly, doesn't matter) and around January/February they start making a run.
They always catch form in March and April, making things extremely close.
Lose key games with a few games to go in the season and never make 4th.
