basically...that shyt always trips me out...people will say boxer a is more active so he's controlling/winning the fight, but boxer b will have the better and cleaner punches....flailing your arms around doesn't mean shyt if you not landing shyt....prime example: ricky hatton..they used to hype that shyt up with him and i'd be watching like 'what?!?!?'......anyway, that's been the story of pbf fights since de la hoya got away with that bullshyt....I expect the same shyt with pacman and everyone else pbf fights from here on out...that's one reason I don't want pbf to fight no more...instead of someone legit beating him, the judges and bullshyt gonna make him 'lose' just cause they tired of him winning....

He made it a dirty and gritty fight - that was his strategy. He flat out said that he knew he would never outbox Floyd so he went out and just did what he did best. This is a guy that was supposed to be cannon fodder for Mayweather according to 90% of this board. The fight was close and that's reason enough to respect him.

This is just post-fight rationalization and compensation by stressed-out Mayweather stans. This was Floyd's hardest fight in recent memory, and probably ever, yet they'll claim Maidana performed like an amateur. In short, they're Floyd stans, not boxing fans, and they're just relieved their hero scraped through in the end. They're the equivalent of Bieber standing up there onstage with Floyd.
