It took Maidana 15 rounds to land one good shot on a fading Floyd breh..if you wanna call that improvement go ahead.. If you wanna ignore that his stats all around were were worse than in the first fight, you can do that too
Lets not act like the excessive clinching and referree Nick Patrick didn't effect those stats friend. My point is that you are looking at this by rounds, Maidana was looking to win by ko and he came closer to that in this fight than the last.

It's a difference in powerlocks and mx gloves though breh, which is what Maidana prefers. Juan Manuel Marquez just said last week that mx gloves are definitely much more dangerous, as far as power goes, in comparison.
So are Reyes gloves as well.
It's easier to take a punch from someone wearing powerlocks than it is from mx or reyes gloves...even though any time you take a punch it hurts period.
