If they don't bury them w/a second goal and Sakha can come thru w/a creative run I could still see England equalizing if they don't capitulate to the pessimism which pervades this squad

That's a pretty big IF though. The difference in athleticism between the lineups is noticeable to a ridiculous degree.

I have no skin in this game, but England would've had a much better chance winning with a lineup attacking France than letting them run at them and then constantly kicking the ball backwards on offense on the hope Kane or Sakha do something magical.
