Pen taking his a skill and every team trains for it before any ko match. Sorry but Slovenians messed up and shot right into the keeper's sweet spot. Look at Ronaldo or Bernardo's pens, they were excellent.

Ronaldo has probably scored the most pens of all time or something. And it was his second one of the game. Point is that it’s hard. You can train for that, you’ve gotta experience it and I don’t believe many of those guys experienced a lot of that type of pressure or those type of conditions.

In training they can probably hit the cross bar 10 times in a row.

Yep...R9 would dribble right at the keeper...couple of step overs and when the gk was caught stuck unable to defend anymore...then he'd take the shot.
