I know there is always these World Cup vs Euro debates…
1) It seems like there is a better chance of good / entertaining matchups in the Euros recently
2) Because these European teams are more global now, it feels like more of a “world” event than it used to
The past two world cups (Qatar and Russia) were kind of weird, and the last Euro was kind of weird due to Covid, this one seems like the best international tournament recently. And this is before the big matchups coming up
