the offside didn't effect any of the play and the penalty was very harsh, the ball only travelled like 2 yards before it hit his hand
and both went in favour of the hosts
and they need to stop this stop start penalty tactic players use . They make you retake it when the goalie comes off the line , they should do the same when the players do that bullshyt stop start tactic
