I believe the nba owns the rights to the team as far as logos and names go. I could be wrong. I would think u only have ownership of those things if the nba grants u ownership of them. But what r u saying in your living room? When you're in that position, u should watch what u say anyways, but this makes me think a lot of em think like Sterling, and are saying some real racist sh1t behind the scenes. If theyre saying things that offend the players that they pay millions to, then they wouldnt have a team anyways if the players refuse to play for them. I think Sterling believes the players will play no matter what, and a lot of other owners think that to. They dont believe they would boycott. This is why the league as a whole shoulda threatened to boycott the playoffs , not just Clippers players. Sterling gets a share of everything. Even a series that the Clips arent in.

Yes they would. Women get arrested all the time with the guy. If a group of witnesses tell them the woman was spitting and assaulting the man before he retaliated, they have to take that into account or they themselves could face legal ramifications later.

Did u not see my hypothetical circumstance? Ray Rice situation is different. Im talking about spitting on someone in front of eye witnesses. They're plenty of circumstances where the female would get arrested as well.

And Im one of those n1ggaz that aint trying to go to jail at all. Im not hitting bishes , but I understand when some dudes do. Im not all outraged, nor do I believe a woman can do nothing to provoke an azzwhoopin.
