Everybody know Jamal Crawford's career cannot be compared to Iverson's. But at that point in AI's career, that's the role he needed to take if he was to stay in the league for a few more years.

I love the gymnastics that nikkas perform when it comes to certain people. Point blank the nikka choked his coach, left marks, and played in the league for years after that. Artest and them was going "Haduken" on nikkas in the stands. shyt turned into a full scale riot and everyone of them nikkas played for years after that. at those just being "nasty incidents".

people forget what really happened to AI. i was born in philly and that's my ONLY sports team in every sport except football.. always was a 49ers fan........


but AI became a PROBLEM. its another TO, Ocho, Barry situation. They became too much risk, even if fans didn't feel the same way. To them, they paying out MILLIONS per year to a guy. They don't want anything negative on or off court to fukk with that.

not only do they have to worry about the guy they gave the minimum to, they also have to worry about his entourage. they not only have to worry about his entourage, they have to worry about that whole crew including the player, influencing the guy getting the max.... the rookie... the other vets... etc etc


BACK TO IVERSON.... he was traded out of philly, we HATED the sixers for that... still do... even while he was literally laughing and saying fukk practice on national tv... even tho he was faking injury's but in philly at the club partying the same night... we loved him

went to denver, made the playoffs two years in a row and had a young Melo on the squad... so you can't say he fell off yet.. avg 24 in one year and 18 the next.. but again he had melo


THEEEEN he goes detroit.. gets on tv again, this time saying he'll do anything... even joking again about practice, anything they want him to do... they start letting the young boy, stucky, get some mins.. then slowly move into his spot. iverson don't wanna play no more.. give me a trade.. ok..

goes to grizzlies.. does the exact same thing to them... cooooool. come on home baby!! we begged for it, we got it. the sixers finally ask him to come back.. he gets voted back to the all star game, he's doing alright... but he's playing

HE LEAVES!!! he misses games all season like before.. still at the club tho.. misses the all star game.. then says he needs personal time for his daughters health... but guess what he really doing tho? partying... chillin....

you need to do some serious research on those detroit & memphis situations before you speak on them.
