All of the 'leaks' are unsubstantiated rumors which may very well turn out to be untrue.

This movie has been delayed before. So it's very possible that Marvel may attempt to change some elements of the story anyway.

Like Comics Explained says, with Marvel and the MCU it’s always the most simpler choice that’s the answer so I’d wager the latter.
