its on the come up. They have the Art District area now and they siced the area aroud PG plaza.
Its not far from CP, but its still kind of dank.

Maybe in Aspen Hill or Gaithersburg, the further from DC the cheaper it gets unless it's headed west towards Bethesda, Rockville, etc. You might find something in Silver Spring for a decent price.

-Where does National Harbor fit in as spots to take dates, hang out right now??? I was there when they were constructing it and first started to become popular as an expensive professional spot to hang out...is it it still in the top 10 or 5 places in the metro to go??
-MOCO and PG folks, whats up with the light rail line??

the harbor is excellent for dates especially if they hungry...actually not very big once u park and walk around...really pretty at night...and u can sit outside n chat n such by the water on the dock
