I read Atomic Habits and a takeaway for me was how people wanna make these drastic changes to see big results but itās the 1% change that gives you results overtime.
You upgraded LVE by getting Kendricks. Stole him from the 49ers at that.
I trust the team to fix the oline.
We didnāt have a real WR2 last season and that didnāt hurt us. Whatever we do there, will be a bonus.
I expect Ferguson to take another leap this season. So youāll have two all pro/pro bowl caliber weapons which should suffice.
We didnāt have a running game last year. Offense was still top tier and I donāt think itāll be hard to replace Tonyās 1, 100yard game season in the draft.
Going to a 4-3 vs that 4-2-3 means weāre still good at safety. We āupgradedā Gilmore with Diggs.
These names come and go all the time during FA and we never make a move. Not extending Dak is a huge bonus this far and Iāll be waiting til see what other pieces they add to the team. These dudes won 12 games last season, thereās not a lot to add to do it again

The Dallas Cowboys are slightly reducing quarterback Dak Prescott's massive salary cap hit by reworking his contract going into the final year of the deal, a person with knowledge of the move said Monday.
A $5 million roster bonus has been converted into a signing bonus to reduce the 2024 cap hit by $4 million, to about $55 million, the person told The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the club doesn't release details of contracts. The move was first reported by ESPN.
The reworking of the contract included adding two more voidable years in 2027 and 2028, which pushed Prescott's salary cap number in 2025 up slightly to $40 million.
