Well yeah the chiefs a real football team where if you stall out get fired and replaced. So you got to take chances sometimes.
What is Jerry going to do ? Fire Stephen? What is Stephen going to do? Fire McClay? None of that is happening. Their is no pressure to perform when you friends or related to the people who could put pressure on you to perform.
