i agree, his presence was felt when he he was out those two games. Btw our run defense is actually pretty solid. Only buffalo and arizona did damage to us.

If Jerry won't give up the GM title specifically then we need to upgrade Will's title or make him an executive. Right now Cap Boy according to the team website is "CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT / DIRECTOR OF PLAYER PERSONNEL"

McClay is "VICE PRESIDENT OF PLAYER PERSONNEL"

Give McClay the Director title, pay bump, and let Cap Boy maintain the executive titles.
