Parsons is more of an MVP than Bland. He not there yet. He's not following the team's best receiver all game. Parsons gets double and triple teamed on plays.
Pump the breaks. If he had a game like this against Philly or San Fran, then maybe we can talk. But I'm not falling in love with stats. Gotta show more in big games.
That's why when Diggs got hurt, I knew they wasn't going to be the same. Bland was the slot corner which meant Lewis was going to get less snaps.
And Bland led the team in interceptions playing in the slot.
And for all the hate he got, we can thank Anthony Brown.
If he wouldn't have gotten hurt last year, Bland doesn't get any snaps. And maybe they bring in another veteran to take Brown's place or maybe the resign Brown. Either way, it was a blessing.
